Concept mapping is another graphic organizer for ideas.
This activity is flexible because it can be done alone or in a group, and promotes critical thinking about how ideas connect and are interrelated. It also does an excellent job of showing how concepts may be related in a visual way.
This is also flexible because it may be done at any age, kindergarten through university level, involving concepts that are as simple or complex as needed.
